Produced from 100% Chardonnay according to the traditional method, after 30 months on the lees and 12 months in the bottle the sparkling wine presents itself crystal clear in a brilliant medium golden yellow colour with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is very distinctive and intense with a rich and complex range of aromas (ripe apple, pear, white peach, pink grapefruit, fluffy brioche and fine nutty scents). Intense and complex on the palate, with a tightly woven structure and a very long finish with firm fresh acidity. Balanced and harmonious, with a slender, precise flavour. A second glass is always a pleasure.
